Sharing something I’ve watched last year. 张小龙 Zhang Xiao Long is frequently credited as the man behind the success of WeChat. A product manager at heart, his perspective on social connections is unique and insightful. It’s in Mandarin but if you understand, it’s pretty worth watching.

Here’s also another documentary by Discovery on WeChat, but generally I feel if you really want to understand Chinese companies and culture, you have to read up on Chinese content instead, for the sole reason you can get more information in writing.
